Yes. The deck is designed to accommodate both, allowing couples to host everything in one location.
The Grand Haven Deck is a 1,280 sq ft open-air outdoor deck, offering unobstructed panoramic Smoky Mountain views.
The living and dining areas within the cabins can be converted into an indoor reception space if needed; additional setup and teardown fees will apply. If couples prefer to keep the event outdoors, tent rentals may be arranged through a third-party vendor, but please note that tents are not included in the venue pricing.
Yes. The venue includes two luxury cabins on-site.
The two on-site cabins provide overnight accommodations for up to 24 guests. This includes Heavenly Heights (4 bedrooms) and Elevated Escape (5 bedrooms).
Yes. The venue and on-site lodging are dog-friendly. Please note that additional fees may apply if bringing pets.
Yes. Couples are free to bring their own vendors, including catering, decor, photography, and entertainment.
Chairs, table, and 2 arches are provided as part of the package. Please inquire for more details. Couples can bring in their preferred vendors and rental partners to customize their setup.
If all guests are staying on-site, a licensed and insured bartender is not required. If alcohol is served and guests are not staying on the property, or if alcohol service is open to non-overnight guests, a licensed and insured bartender is required.
Yes. There is limited parking available on-site for between 6-8 vehicles. Please inquire about booking additional properties in the community to open up more parking space.
Access between the cabins and the ceremony/reception deck requires stairs, and cabin entrances requires climbing down a flight of steps.
