For event with more guests than staying overnight at our properties, we require a licensed bartender to serve alcohol at our venues.

What is the food policy at Ghosal Experiences?

Guests are welcome to bring their own food or arrange catering for their event. To ensure the safety of everyone, we kindly ask that all food and beverages be moved indoors by 8 PM to avoid attracting wildlife.

What is the cancellation policy at Ghosal Experiences?

No refund is offered if the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the check-in date. The payment schedule requires 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the wedding date.

At Ghosal Experiences, we provide more than just a venue. Each booking includes:

Yes, quiet hours begin at 11 PM. You are welcome to continue using the outdoor amenities, but we ask that any outdoor music or DJs stop by 11 PM to maintain the tranquility of the surroundings.

What is the duration of the venue at Ghosal Experiences?

The Grand Sojourn: Venue use is a full-day (10 am to 11pm) for the indoor reception space and for the outdoor ceremony deck.

Elegant Elite Estate / Hidden Haven: There is no time limit, as this venue features a private deck for your exclusive use.
