When your venue and your hotel block are two different addresses, someone has to coordinate transportation, timing, and a dozen guests who got lost on the way. When lodging is built into the venue, that problem disappears — everyone walks from their room to the ceremony.
It also changes the shape of the weekend itself. Instead of a single event day bookended by guests flying in and out, families and wedding parties arrive together, cook meals together, and wind down around a fire pit together — before anyone puts on formalwear. Every Ghosal Experiences property hosts one wedding at a time — there's no back-to-back ceremony schedule, no other couple sharing your deck or reception space, and no strangers wandering into your photos that day.
At Elegant Elite Estate, that privacy extends to the whole property: because it's a single 12-bedroom estate, booking your wedding means the entire home — lodging included — is yours alone for the weekend. At The Grand Haven and The Grand Sojourn, your reserved cabins or tiny homes are private to your group, and you can extend that privacy further by adding more units, up to full-property exclusivity across the whole community.
However your group is lodged, you control your own guest list for every part of the weekend — from the welcome cookout to the last s'more at the fire pit.
Your Vendors, Your Choice
Flexible Vendor Choice
Ghosal Experiences doesn't require in-house catering, planning, or a locked vendor list. Bring the photographer, caterer, and florist you already love, or lean on our preferred vendor list of local businesses who already know our properties — we share that list with you once your date is booked. Either way, you're not paying a venue markup to use vendors you didn't choose.

Elegant Elite Estate is a single estate, so booking it gives you the entire property. Do we have to use Ghosal Experiences' vendors? +
No. You're welcome to bring your own independent vendors. Once your date is booked, we also share a preferred vendor list as an optional planning resource, not a requirement.
