Elegant Elite Estate is designed for couples who want to host both their wedding and overnight accommodations in one location. Unlike venues where guests are divided between multiple cabins or hotels, the estate allows your closest family and friends to stay together under one roof while still enjoying the privacy of individual bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
The property accommodates up to 40 overnight guests across 12 private bedrooms and can host ceremonies and receptions for up to 60 guests. This layout allows couples to spend more time with their guests throughout the weekend while reducing the need for transportation between lodging, ceremony, and reception venues.
Located less than five minutes from Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, Elegant Elite Estate combines privacy with convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, and wedding vendors.
A Wedding Weekend in One Location
Hosting your wedding and accommodations at the same property simplifies the entire weekend for both couples and guests. Everyone can arrive, unpack once, and remain on-site throughout the celebration without coordinating transportation between hotels, cabins, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. The property can serve as the setting for the entire wedding weekend, from welcome gatherings and rehearsal dinners to getting ready on the wedding morning, the ceremony and reception, late-night gatherings, and post-wedding brunches or breakfasts. With everyone staying together, couples and their guests have more opportunities to spend meaningful time with family and friends beyond the wedding day itself.
Shared Gathering Spaces
Outdoor Ceremony & Reception Space
Located on the private upper deck of the estate, the outdoor event space accommodates ceremonies and receptions for up to 60 guests. With hillside views and exclusive use for your celebration, the deck provides a scenic setting for exchanging vows, dining, and celebrating—all just steps from your overnight accommodations.
Common Space
The common space provides an additional gathering space overlooking the main level of the home. Furnished with comfortable sofas and lounge seating, it’s a great place to relax between wedding events and is frequently used by couples and their wedding party as a comfortable getting-ready space on the morning of the wedding.
Full-Size Kitchen
The estate features a fully equipped kitchen designed for large groups, with multiple refrigerators, generous countertop space, and cookware and serving essentials provided. The kitchen includes pots and pans, a stock pot, mixing bowls, baking pans, knives, serving utensils, an air fryer, and more, along with grilling utensils and a propane grill for outdoor cooking.
Game Room
The game room provides a dedicated space for guests to relax and spend time together throughout the wedding weekend. Entertainment includes a billiards table, ping pong, arcade games, and large flat-screen TVs, along with a twin bunk sleeping nook for additional overnight accommodations.
Indoor Heated Pool & Outdoor Hot Tub
Guests have exclusive access to the estate’s private 14-by-19-foot indoor heated swimming pool, measuring 5.5 feet deep for year-round swimming and relaxation. The pool room also features a private bathroom and shower for added convenience. Just outside, the outdoor hot tub provides another place to unwind after a day of wedding festivities or exploring the Smoky Mountains.
Wraparound Decks
Large wraparound decks surround the estate, providing multiple outdoor seating areas with hillside views. These spaces are ideal for morning coffee, family photos, cocktail hour, or simply relaxing and spending time together throughout the wedding weekend.
Reception & Dining
Elegant Elite Estate offers flexible dining options for weddings of different sizes. The indoor kitchen and dining area accommodates receptions of up to 40 guests, while the private upper deck can host ceremonies and receptions for up to 60.
The fully equipped kitchen includes multiple refrigerators, cookware, and serving essentials, making it convenient for catered meals or preparing food on-site. With numerous restaurants, catering options, and grocery stores such as Publix, Kroger, and Walmart nearby, couples can easily coordinate everything from rehearsal dinners and receptions to breakfasts and post-wedding brunches.

With over 7,000 square feet of space, Elegant Elite Estate offers plenty of room for wedding parties, families, and friends to stay together without feeling crowded. The estate accommodates up to 40 overnight guests across 12 private bedrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
Beyond the bedrooms, guests can enjoy spacious shared areas throughout the property, including a private movie theater with tiered seating for up to 25 guests, a game room, indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, and expansive wraparound decks with multiple areas for gathering and relaxing.
For weddings with more than 40 guests, the estate’s prime Pigeon Forge location makes finding additional accommodations easy. The property is just minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, where couples can choose from a wide variety of nearby hotels and other lodging options for additional wedding guests while keeping them close to the celebration.
Guests staying at the estate have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Elegant Elite Estate is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their dogs along for the wedding weekend rather than leaving them behind. A $100 pet fee per pet applies, and advance notice is required. Dogs must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding.
